Refund policy

Products from other retailers: Most products in this shop are sold and delivered by other companies. When you click a Shop or Buy button, you complete your purchase on that company's website. Any returns, refunds, exchanges or delivery questions for those purchases are handled by that retailer under their own policies, so please contact them directly.

My own digital products: The CALM Fast Method Guide and my other digital products are delivered instantly as downloads. Because they can't be returned, I don't usually offer refunds for change of mind. If you have a problem accessing your purchase, or something isn't right, please contact me at helga@helgadalla.com and I'll do my best to help.

Your rights: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
